European styled Bungalow Apartments soon to be floored in Chennai
Chennai city is all set ready to welcome a new luxury residential housing in its city. Inno Geo City will be introducing the concept of bungalow apartment housing in the outskirts of the city very soon. Kalyan Jayaprakash, Director of Inno Geo City reported saying that this residential project would comprise of nearly 200 bungalow apartments and also independent villas. The housing plans will be based on the European styled 4-in-1 bungalow apartments with rich aesthetics and design.
The apartments will comprise of 2 or 3 BHK, hall and kitchen and the independent villas will comprise the same paln of the apartments inclusive of more than 4 BHK. The total area space of this residential project is spread over 131 acres located at world-class industrial southwest belt of Chennai. Its has been told that already 456 villas have been sold out and the builders are in a glee with the response received from the property buyers and henceforth to pave for them to accommodate, the project is said to be completely ready by May 2012.
