The Mumbai real estate has set a best example warning the property buyers not to book flats even before the project is launched!
Property buyers who follow this trend is sure to get into big time trouble.
Certain builders in the city who had taken money from the property buyers promising them to large the areas by manipulating certain spaces in the buildings.
This practice will no more happen in city especially like Mumbai because of the launch of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC)’s stringent building laws.
Earlier the building rules were too lenient that the builders and developers misused and sold areas which not a part of their own land or apartments.
These land were illegally acquired and innocent land owners were the sufferers midst all this blame game! However, the developer’s hide and seek play will be stopped permanently!
