The Abudhabi investment authority has planned to invest directly into Indian real estate market. They are planning to invest through realty and private equity funds.
According to ADIA sources has already invested $400 million into Indian Real estate market.
It will be a good opportunity for the Indian Realty market to enhance real estate market scenario. Follow up to this decision the real estate sales is said to boost up.
