Garbage bins spill rather than hold!

It seems like garbage bins in Vizag are finding it difficult to hold all the garbage produced in the households.
The city corporation is finding the solid waste management quiet difficult to manage.
Now, the street dustbins have been replaced with new dumper bins.
The new bins are filled with garbage taken from door to door and then cleared.
However, it looks like there has been a shortage of dumper bins and there is continuous spillage of garbage on the city roads.
