GHMC bags award

The efforts taken by Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has finally proved successful.
Recently GHMC mayor Banda Karthika Reddy and commissioner MT Krishna Babu awarded “Best city for outstanding effort to attain slum-free status“.
This award was given under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) under government of India and ministry of housing and urban poverty alleviation (HUPA).
