Governmental quota policy makes real estate despodent
As the government ruled out guideline for the builders to allocate 10 percent of space for lower income group. The builders in Bangalore are worried about their luxurious projects.
According to the builders, who pays a high amount for a luxurious apartment may not be interested to stay in the neighbourhood of a EWS colony.
However, to come out of this critical situation, the builders association suggested an alternate option.
They are ready to allocate premises for the lower income group in a separate place, not in the same proposed land for the luxurious apartments.
BDA personals and the state government is discussing on the issue as the alternate option is given by the builders association.
