Gurgaon RWA complains of encroachment

Gurgaon RWA complains villagers encroach their land.

Residents of D-block of Mayfield Gardens allege that villagers have encroached on their land. The residents claim that a structure has been built by villagers in the boundaries of their colony.

The residents’ welfare association (RWA) has complained to the police and also notified the estate manager of the builder. In the colony’s layout plan, the land was earmarked for building power infrastructure.

Villagers, residents of nearby village Tigra, destroyed a section of the boundary wall of the colony. The complaint to police has had no effect as they have not taken any action on this. The residents have earlier complained to the builder over issues of electricity, new transformers, sewerage, water and security.

Ajay Shokeen, AGM, Mayfield project confirmed that the land belongs to them (builders) and villagers are unnecessarily staking claim.
