Happy days in sight for EWS and LIG group!
Worries of economically weaker sections and lower income groups are going to get over in case of housing sector.
Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has plans of providing one lakh houses to EWS and LIG group in next three years.
If everything goes according to the plan then around one lakh flats will be provided which are now in various stages of construction.
The authority also have plans of building 53 community halls around the city.
They will also will build a Golden Jubilee Park which will have an amphitheater, shopping complex, food court, exhibition area and children play area.
The authority’s only focus is on the weaker section of citizens to reduce number of illegal colonies in the city.
