HC demands clarification in real estate market
The High Court of Hyderabad asked the state to explain the activities of APIIC and the state government itself in the involvement into real estate industry.
The Court also wants to know why the government gave lands to real estate firms at very low cost.
The judge of the HC told to review the entire allotment of the lands. As government should not allow congested accommodation in the city, The HC asked for a review of the decision of the land allotment.
