Hiranandani Group to set foot in Indian Luxury Housing
Surendra Hiranandani who is a well known property developer and also owns a building firm is now all set ready to excavate a new mantra of luxury housing in India in collaboration with the Signature brand. Hiranandani Upscale was established say about five years ago by Surendra Hiranandani, he also owns the ownership of Hiranandani Constructions Pvt. Ltd. which is a Mumbai based real estate company.
The Upscale was established with the aim of focusing on the development of projects in Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Villas and apartments are to be constructed with the luxury brand Signature. The project is estimated to exceed $50 million equity released from the real estate funds for the extensive growth of the city. This has been a big news all over India as the project of apartments and villas are yet be established in all the metropolitan cities in India.
