Home buyers e-mail your complaints to CREDAI!
The home buyers grievances were till now referred to concerned authorities in realty industry.
Hardly, CREDAI, the civic bodies or the municipal authorities attended citizens to do needful for the citizens in Chennai city.
However, now this is made much easier! The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) will soon be introducing an e-based redressal system.
The home buyers in Chennai city can use this redressal forum or send an e-mail to lodge complaints against the builders or developers.
Meanwhile, the CREDAI experts say that this grievance redressal forum was established from two years and they had received around 27 complaints which have been attended.

Dear Hemant,
You can either mail the concerned matter to salesperson and his superior
Dear Sir,
I have booked flat in PRA Realty in Khondwa pune, I have received their draft in which they are taking indemnity from the purchaser on payments but not willing to issue, I have asked them to give me indemnity on your title too as i am investing my hard earned money in their project.
As i asked them indeminity, they felt it offended and changed the entire agreement, they changed in penalty clause which they were supposed to pay in case of delay in possession, there is no clearance in sanction of the project too.
I am chasing them since last 6 months but there is no reply from them. Please suggest me how to take it forward.
Thanks & Regards,
Hemant Tripathi
