Home loan demand still healthy!
Inspite of continuous price hikes and interest levels touching sky, demand for home loan has not been affected by any.
Home loan has been in constant demand especially in smaller cities.
According to a report, loan borrowed has rose by 14% by October 2011 against end of 2010.
A rise of 12% was witnessed in October 2010 corresponding to previous year.
There has also been a good ratio between the lending rates by banks in metros and smaller cities. As experts say, this might be due to difference in the disposable income.
Due to which a buyer is easily able to buy a house in Tier II and III cities as compared to metros.
