Hubli-Dharwad Municipal Corporation to develop Supermarket soon
The Hubli-Dharwad Municipal Corporation has been given a permission to develop new and well maintained supermarket that is expected to be coming into existence soon. The residents of Dharwad started demanding for the development of supermarkets. The prevailing supermarket has been maintained by the BJP and lack of political agenda has resulted in the market being neglected. The development of supermarket is at the final stage of clearance henceforth the work is said to be started at the earliest.
HDMC commissioner Trilokchandra had clearly reported saying that the general body meeting of the city corporation was held recently meanwhile the government had rejected the proposal sent by the HDMC and claim to accept public-private partnership (PPP) based models only. Mayor Poorna Patil also took a back step in providing information about the exact status of the proposal deeded to HDMC.
