HUDA to focus on Dwarka-e way
Gurgaon- Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) is all set to make the e-way construction a faster process as it has taken up an initiative to give alternative plots to residents whose units are situated in the project path in Sector 110 A.
A layout plan will soon be in action on the acquired land by HUDA. Around 300 house owners in Palam Vihar and Kherki Dhaula will be given 50 acres of land in the sector. Palam Vihar and Kherki Dhaula consists of around three kilometres of Dwarka Expressway.
A 150-metre wide road will be constructed in place of the 300 houses which are coming in the way. However, these house owners had approached the Punjab and Haryana high court for relief when asked to vacate the land. The court directed the home owners and HUDA to sit and come up with a convincing decision. A negotiation deal between HUDA and the residents led to the distribution of the plots in Sector 47. It was stated by a HUDA official that the Dwarka expressway will soon be completed.
