IDFC looking for investment into commercial real estate

The Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has planned to invest at commercial real estate. The financial service firm set up a separate investment team who will look for proper investing options.
According to an official if IDFC, they are aiming to make 3-4 major investments in coming year.
Last year IDFC invested into projects by DLF and another Rs 200 crore to Galaxy Mercantile Ltd.
Chetan Dave is entrusted the job to develop the portfolio and to execute the fund raising program.
