On behalf of government, court orders and the municipal authorities constantly warning the builders to pause the illegal construction, the same has been increasing. The similar act posed from one of the builder has resulted in a residential building being collapsed recently causing loss for the residents lives in Mumbai. This building was claimed to have been built on four floors however the authorities had sanctioned only two floors.

The Bhiwandi building collapse resulted in leaving nearly 15 people critically injured and also loss of lives have been traced. It has been claimed that builder Nasir Sayyed had allegedly raised this building recently a year back and also it was recorded that the residents surviving in the same building and the residents around the area had lodged a complaint to it to Bhivandi-Nizampur Municipal Corporation.

As usual the municipal authority too were late in attending to this illegal construction issue.
