India a capital driven real estate market
Today foreign direct investments (FDI) has increased the value of land which is resulting in the properties being un-affordable.
In a city like Mumbai, if at all there is real estate talks happening, its all about price correction in the properties.
Despite poor sales and falling property registration numbers, there is no idea as to why the property prices are not being reduced!
All we can understand is that, today Indian real estate is completely capital driven.
