Indian developer roots up in foreign soil
India based real estate development company Puravankara is now establishing its roots in Sri lanka. Puravankara developers say that they had invested on land in Sri lanka few years back and were waiting for the right time to slide in their project.
Puravankara not wanting to disclose the overseas project venture, just shared their plan about starting a residential project in a 25 acre plot within the city limits located near the airport in Colombo city, comprising of mid-segment dwelling units and apartments.
Also in India, Puravankara has plans to reach out its residential projects at cities like; Trichy, Madurai, Coimbatore and Salem in next five years.
