It is observed that the land banks are concentrated in one or two cities by most of the big builders that will increase the risk factor for the builders in general.
However, it is common for the global real estate industry that the companies always try to focus on few specific market conditions where they can maximize the profit.
The research agency feels that diversification is necessary for the stability of the real estate industry.
