Kerala builders disagree with government guideline
Government of Kerala published the new guidelines for the real estate industry in Kerala. The government has asked for the environmental clearance for the high rise apartments.
The real estate developers association expressed their disagreement stating that adequate infrastructure facilities are not available at Kerala.
According to the builders of Kerala, the state government must upgrade the facilities available before implementing such guidelines.
