Kerala High Court initiates disciplinary measures on destruction of Public Property
Kerala high court has come forward to pave way for residents fair living in the society taking strict measures in concern with the destruction taking place with the public properties, the court ordered immediate clearance of loss payments by the accused much before the case demands bail. Prevention of Public Property Act is concerned with the riots and also curbs that damages public property and the law is made strict to see that any such accused is not spared until the fine payment is cleared under the eye of law.
In the view of every citizens have their own privacy and authority over their property, henceforth the destruction by any alien is considered depravity under the court of law.
