Kingfisher Tower Residences soon to be floored at UB City Bangalore

Bangalore today is a city of billionaire’s wonder with the upcoming residential project “kingfisher tower residences” at UB City. Vijay Mallya who is well known as flamboyant business tycoon in collaboration with billionaire business magnets are flooring this new project and is expected to be completed in a span of three years. Vittal Mallya Road in Bangalore is aboard to welcome a new residential infrastructure, a ultra-high end 34 storied millionaires paradise also in which Vijay Mallya will own a penthouse. Kingfisher Towers includes nearly 82 apartments out of which nearly 72 apartments are for sale and 30 apartments are owned by Vijay Mallya and the remaining apartments are in collaboration with the Prestige builders.
The residential apartments comprises of 8,000 square feet of total area space and the price of each of the apartment is estimated to be Rs 20 crore. The apartments for the other individuals are to be constructed only from the 5th floor and the agenda is that the apartment prices increase with the increase in the floor levels. Car parking is well planned with a huge space of nearly four floors from the ground level including the basement. However there is word spread all over that some of the millionaire buyers said to have not liked the idea of these apartments and also they felt it would result in ego clashes with the same floor plans. The apartment is also inclusive of club house, posh swimming pools, terrace gardens and also party halls.
