Land cheating case in Pune traced drastically increasing
A 25 acre land at Penjalwadi in Bhor taluk at Pune belonging to a women has been mis-used by the city session court lawyer who intern sold it to a businessman for the sum of Rs 1.67 crore. The police authorities are rushing investigating on the case to catch hold of the suspects and there are traces of tahsildar and sub-registrar involved in this cheating land case. The lawyer was arrested and also notice was issued to the inspector who is working for Sahakarnagar police station.
Meanwhile the sessions judge S M Shinde has granted anticipatory bail to the sub-registrar Shaktisingh Ramsingh Gaud who has been traced as a victim in the land cheating case. Similar forgery and cheating case has been traced in the city and the city police are ordered to work on such similar cases on high alert. The hard earned land is fetching fruits to the cheaters nowadays instead of to the actual land owners.
