Do not fall for properties without proper documents and titles. You never know when you might fall into trap!

The recent Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Bill, 2011 has caught attention of all these doubtful cases of developers and residential societies.

The bill has cited many clauses under which keeping a Government land is count as an offence and the person will be given one year of imprisonment and penalty of Rs 25,000.

There are also talks of including cooperative housing societies in the bill.
