M3M buys DLF’s Gurgaon land for Rs 440 crore

M3M, a real estate group acquired 28 acres of land from DLF in Gurgaon.

DLF, one of the renowned developers in the country has sold it for Rs 440 crore.

A total of Rs 1,100 crore will be invested in the project as stated by M3M Finance head.

Out of Rs 1,100 crore, Rs 400 crore was land cost and remaining Rs 600 crore will be spent on developing a housing project on the plot.

The residential project is in the pipeline and will soon be launched.
