Mayfield Gardens follow up only after cancellation of license
The non-payment of license renewal fee, non-construction of adequate number of community buildings and outstanding external development charges (EDC) have been traced as reasons for the Haryana Director General to cancel the license of builders.
Five builders namely; Satsudha Investment, Ajay Impex, Sheetal International, North Star Apartments and New India City recently faced license cancellation by the Haryana Director General.
Also, the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) in Chandigarh canceled license of Mayfield Gardens who has recorded major outstanding bills.
In reply to this, Mayfield Gardens consultant replied saying that they will be clearing all the dues and payments at the earliest.
