Mayfield residents demand facilities promised by builder
Mayfield Gardens projects residents in Gurgaon have started demanding the facilities from the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP).
These facilities were promised by the builder but have not been delivered yet.
They have also asked for permission for registration of their properties that has been stopped after DTCP put a restriction on them recently.
Till now, residents are staying in their flats after paying money but have not yet registered it.
One of the town planner officials allege that not providing amenities to the residents is punishing them without any fault and not penalizing the builders.
The DTCP has announced cancellation of the license of 23 sites of the colony.
