MCD engineers held for bad governance
Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) engineering department are caught faking construction work. This analysis proves the bad governance kept up by the MCD department.
MCD civic engineers are allowing the spread of illegal constructions in Delhi. Therefore Delhi High Court issued notices to nine such MCD engineers.
