MHADA will distribute 3000 affordable homes
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has planned to sale 3,000 affordable houses in the market this year.
Among the 3000 flats, 2674 flats will be distributed among low income groups, while 174 are made for higher income group. The remaining flats are kept for middle income group.
The application forms will be circulated from May onwards.
The entire allotments will be made through lottery.
As the price of apartments in Mumbai are rising high, this decision of MHADA will attract lot of application from home buyers.
The cost of apartments for the higher income group will start 30 lakh onwards and the for middle income group the cost of apartments would be from 15 lakh onwards.
