Mumbai developers providing extra luxury to buyers
Over changing times, home buyers’ demand and expectation also increase with time.

But now, developers in Mumbai are going extra miles to impress these buyers and provide luxurious amenities and facilities to lure more buyers.
According to Knight Frank, real estate market is consumer driven product and when such facilities are provided, buyers are obviously going to involve themselves in the market resulting in more revenue.
Developers have now taken this motive forward by terming their projects as brands because of today’s demand and faith in branded homes.
