Mumbai realty fluctuating!
The land rates in Mumbai has witnessed a sharp downfall! The significant price fall in flat and apartment rates has therefore resulted in the decline of land rates in the city.
Real estate experts say that the flats in Mumbai are sold for moderate rates when compared to previous year!
This has been considered as a threat to realty industry and if the price fall continues, major decline of realty is sure to be witnessed.
As mentioned before, sale of City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco)’s six plot at Ghansoli at moderate rates has proved decline of realty sector.
