New apartments being launched in Gurgaon

The Raheja Developers will be investing Rs 300 crore in a group housing project at Haryana.

The residential project has been named as ‘Oma‘ inclusive of 640 apartments with 40 storeys and it has been claimed as one of the tallest buildings at Dharuhera.

The Raheja Developers Chairman and MD say that this project is one of the luxurious residential launches from their group.

The construction has already been started for which around Rs 300 crore has been invested. The spokes person also added on saying that the flats will measure between 550 sq ft and 4,500 sq ft offering 1BHK to 6BHK.

The price range of apartments is said to vary form Rs 17.5 lakh to over Rs 1 crore. Also, Raheja group in collaboration with Dubai-based Arabtec Construction will be expanding several real estate projects in India.

In the pipeline residential projects such as “Raheja Revanta” with 56 storeys and 1,200 units and “Raheja Phoenix” will be constructed in Gurgaon. With the launch of all these projects the demand will be increased for properties in Gurgaon.
