New Developer and Property coming soon in Bangalore
Real Estate developer of Mumbai, Godrej Properties (GPL) has collaborated with the Bangalore’s Universal Builders for a joint project in Bangalore. The project is to develop high end residential villas along National Highway 7. The grandiose villas will also offer a host of other amenities like a club house and a swimming pool.
According to the agreement GPL will receive 11 percent of the total revenue as development project fees, GPL is acting as the development manager of the project. It is reported that GPL’s shares rose by nearly 2 percent in the stock market as soon as the launch of the project was declared. These premium residential villas will cover around four lakh square feet and will spread across 14.5 acres at Electronic City in Bangalore. The land was owned by Universal Builders of Bangalore.
Pirojsha Godrej, Executive director of Godrej Properties have announced that this will be the sixth residential project of the company in Bengalore in its bid to enhance the company’s brand nationally.
