New realty projects to boost Noida realty
Land acquisition was a major headache throughout the year in Noida and therefore maximum of the building constructions were stopped.
Now things are in place there is huge number of upcoming projects and the floor area rates have raised by Rs.500 to 600 per square feet.
The Amrapali Group, a realty firm has planned to raise Rs.220 crore from private equity (PE) firms to fund couple of its residential projects in the city.
Rs.100 crore from IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd will be raised from a Noida based developer on Princely Estate mid-segment apartment project spreading across 20 acres.
A 60-acre Silicon Valley project will be funded Rs.120 crore from JPMorgan Chase & Co. However, with these many projects coming up Noida is sure to do good in the realty sales for the year 2012.
