Nirmaan is planning up with phase 2 of Aadvik project
RV Nirmaan is planning a new block at its RV Aadvik project near Kompally which is located in the north of Hyderabad. In this project they are planning to develop 65 units and promises to complete in 18 months. This project consists of two BHK units ranging from 1,050 sq ft to 1,250 sq ft and three BHK units (from 1,600 sq ft to 1,950 sq ft).
Mr. CH Ramachandra Reddy, Managing director, says that the company is finalizing the base price of Rs 2,400 per sq ft and the facilities like car park will have additional charges.
This project will have nearly 10,000 sq ft open space with garden and the flats will have minimum distance of 6 feet between two flats to increase privacy and to maintain proper ventilation.
He also added that in another block a row house has low level corridors and elevated entry which is maintaining about 20 feet distance from main door of one flat to the main door of the other flat.
He pointed out that the project will get a huge club house which will handed over to the society after some time. There will not be any membership fees for this club house and there will be a facility of guest rooms and the revenue collected from guest rooms will be used to meet the expenses of Swimming pool, health club and gym, steam rooms, games room with snooker and indoor games.
This project will also have a cellar parking and the Block-wise visitors parking will be provided in the regular parking lot. The project will have a multipurpose hall for hosting parties as well as the clubhouse terrace will have a party lawn. In this society gas pipe line facility is also available. Each flat in this society will have hot water from solar geyser, treated water for use in gardens and fire safety equipment.
