No sign of development in HBR Layout!
Residents of HBR Layout are worried over its development which is going at a negative pace.
The earliest layout to be formed by Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) was HBR layout which has seen no development since its formation.
The residents have been telling Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to establish some basic amenities.
They are facing improper garbage disposal and parking problems as well.
From 22 years nothing as been done by BDA, Byatarayanapura CMC or BBMP.
