Noida Jal Board to work on Laying Pipelines
Noida Jal Board is all set to work on the project of developing pipelines which will connect the under-construction rain water well in the backyard of Sector 16A to the Shahdara drain in Noida. The pipelines will run along the dike of the Shahdara drain. The total capacity of the well is 12 Mega Litre per Day (MLD). The Jal Board is optimistic that the well will solve the problem of water to hundreds of residents.
Earlier the government of Delhi had given green signal to the work of laying pipelines on the levee of the Shahadara drain. Officials of the Jal Board have said that the pipelines would run from the rainy well till the bridge over the Shahdara drain. It will fall just at the end of the Dalit Prerna Sthal in Sector 95 which was inaugurated recently.
