PE exit worries Indian realty
A new round of worries are about to hover on Indian real estate sector!
According to a report by Jones Lang LaSalle, private equity (PE) funds who had invested in Indian realty are going to make an exit by 2012.
The total loss of investment would be around $3 billion to $5 billion. The main reason for this is their tenure of 5-7 years is getting over.
This would affect the developers who already are worried over less financial options and are in high debt towards other investors.
