Phase II of Namma Metro approved
Namma Metro is just getting bigger and better for the Bangaloreans.
Phase II of the metro has been approved by the state cabinet few days back and the work will start as soon as possible.
It has been predicted that the construction work will end by 2017 and will wind up over 72.09 kms of the city.
The Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the second phase has been prepared by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRCL). With the construction of this new phase of the metro, areas like Whitefield, Electronic City and other IT hubs will be well connected to the other parts of the city.
Many commuters and techies who have to travel to work to ITPL, Whitefield will find it very useful.
Even the upcoming project in the area like Ark Serene County would fetch more buyers because of the same reason. The project which is in close proximity with the upcoming metro station and many IT companies. The complex is spread over 3.5 acres of land.
Other projects nearby are Rakesh heights, DSR Green Vista, Prestige White Meadows whose residents would be highly benefited for easy commute by the metro.
