A commercial property measuring 4.6 acres at Kurla in Mumbai is toady valued Rs 300 crore!

This property is owned by Phoenix Mills, a real estate company. The Phoenix Mills is in a pace of selling this property expecting a price of around Rs 15,000 per square feet.

Recently, the company also canceled agreements with Marriott International and Adlabs Cinemas which held a partnership in constructing Rs 350-crore worth five-star hotel and a 15-screen multiplex in Kurla respectively.

However, there are no traces as to why Phoenix companies have called off for sale of land at Kurla.
