Plot owners are asked to pay additional Rs15000/sqd in Hyderabad
The land and villa owners of Emaar Boulder Hill township will be able to register their plot.
Adding to the direction, the High court also asked the plot owners to pay addition Rs 15000 to Andhra Pradesh Industrial Investment Corporation (APIIC) before going in for registration.
As the CBI investigation is in process, the court does not want either the buyers or corporation to suffer.
Hence court gave the permission to register the properties and also save the interest of the APIIC by asking the owners to pay Rs15000 before registration.
