Property Buyers Overview on Affordable Housing
Ahmedabad property show of Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers (GIHED) was held recently, which aimed to property buyers perspective. Over nearly 60,000 people had visited this show and over 500 properties displayed the interior decoration themes for the lavish bungalows costing nearly Rs 7 crore. Jaxay Shah the vice president of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India ( CREDAI) reported saying that the property buyers are demanding affordable housing that is ranging from Rs 20 lakh to Rs 40 lakh. The salaried class people were seen looking for housing units and the city’s infrastructure.
Builder Uday Vora reported saying that nearly 4000 visitors registered nearly four flats. The property buyers were also seen inquiring for shops and offices on the higher side. One of the UK resident by name Martin Cook came looking for suitable property in the western part of the city in India. The builders and the developers rooted the main attitude of the property buyers and are now trying to reach their perspectives.
