Property prices fluctuating in Indian cities
The third quarter of the current fiscal real estate graph is out right now!
The residential property prices in Delhi are slowly spiraling up, however a downward movement has been witnessed in Mumbai and Kolkata.
Comes as a pretty much astonishing news that the property prices has down drastically by 15.5 per cent in Kochi, 6 per cent in Hyderabad, 0.7 per cent in Patna and 1.5 per cent in Jaipur.
The National Housing Bank (NHB) experts say that the residential property prices has increased in nine cities whereas the decline rate has been witnessed in maximum of six cities in India.
