Railway OverBridge to be pulled down in Kochi

Officials of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) have said that they will pull down the second side bay of the north Railway OverBridge (ROB) in Kochi on 24th of October. Project Director P Sriram had said that the second bay would be brought down after the completion of the restoration works in Chittoor road and Rajaji road . The DMRC had already announced that they will undertake the road restoration work from Rajaji Road to Pachalam railway gate and from Pachalam railway gate to Chakayat road.

Officials of Kochi Metro Rail Limited have said that the construction of the new garage of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation will be completed within 15 days. They also said that the traders below the ROB will be relocated to Paramara road.
