Real estate market expecting interest rate reduction

Real estate in metros are witnessing some activities than other areas. The rate of index of the real estate companies in the stock market are not showing much change.
Some bigger brands in real estate like DLF and Unitech planned to sell of their non core assets to reduce the debt amount.
The realty market also expecting a slice in the rate of interest to encourage people to decide on buying properties.
Some private sector banks already announced lower propensity in tax rates.
