The Real Estate builders must concentrate to reduce the debts to enhance the realty market condition. Real estate market is slowing down in terms of investments just because the cash inflow is very poor. And the Builders has to focus on the gaining inflow to facilitate the business process.According to a real estate consulting firm, due to high debt the investors are not keen to invest in real estate.The revenue generated in the last quarter is very low compared to the investments made on acquiring inventory and the amount of debt always decreases the potential of the market.
The falling revenue growth in the real estate is a matter of high concern for the investors.
