Real estate wants industry recognition
Real estate is not recognized as an industry, though it is second highest in generating employment through the country.
It is also reported hat 5% of the GDP of the country is coming out from this sector.
Though it is true that this sector promotes different other industries, real estate is still not considered as the priority sector.
The associations of real estate wants the recognition of priority sector and the Industry status. This will help the realty sector to draw more funds easily.
