Realty developers are opting alternate material for construction

Comments(2) Sub Category:Uncategorized Posted On: May 02, 2012

The age of bricks and mortar are over. Now the real estate builders are opting for alternate products and materials for the construction of properties in India.

In place of traditional bricks, the builders are now using aerated blocks, which are said to be more durable and lightweight. These blocks are also moisture resistant.

UPVC materials took the place of Wooden and aluminum windows and doors. This material has more resistance against wind and fire. Sound insulation and stability against ultra-violet rays add more advantage of using this material.

As labour crisis creates more concern for the builders, they have started using pre-fabricated structures. Which reduces the construction time.
