Regularize buildings lacking non-agricultural permission
Lakhs of building constructions in Gandhinagar at Gujarat has been traced as illegal.
Now, to stop the spread of illegal constructions the Gujarat government has planned to regularize these buildings which have been constructed without seeking non-agricultural (NA) permission.
The high-level ministerial committee members say that they will not be granting land title for such plots unless they provide valid proof of their original land owners.
The same is being discussed by the revenue department. Around 15 lakh has been figured as number of illegal structures in Gujarat.
