Residents of Kammanahalli Ward have learnt this and have started developing civic sense on their own.
The residents are witnessing heaps of garbage in front of their homes for many days now.
They are suffering because of negligence of few of the other residents who are dumping garbage on the road.
Some of the residents have taken the initiative of spreading awareness about the same rather than blaming the civic body.
The main areas under Kammahanalli Ward which faces the problem include Subbayya Palya, Maruthi Seva Nagar and Ramaswamy Palya.
